This book was written by Jean Craighead George. She has written many books, including THE CRY OF THE CROW, THE SUMMER
OF THE FALCON, and JULIE OF THE WOLVES. She has won three Newbery Medals for her books. I chose this book because I
have previously read her MY SIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN series, and I really liked them. This book is as much fun
to read as any other book I read, and I hope other people can enjoy it, too.
